Course duration: 4 months. Three part series

Vision: To provide men experience with the disciple group format so that they can effectively lead this style of discipleship training in their environment. Process. * This group will meet via Zoom two days each week for 5 consecutive weeks. * once as an alloy group preferably on Wednesday. * once as a disciple group on Friday. * Interactions with other disciples will occur 3 times each week throughout the class as a one on one. * Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. * Discuss personal well being, issues with completing the material, material content, and positive reinforcement. * Enrollment in the Disciple Group Chat for shaping and sharpening conversations as desired. The Disciple Group course teaches three discipleship formats: * one on one conversation and feedback. * alloy group dynamics (3 but preferably 4 people) * disciple group techniques (2-3 alloy groups or 6-12 people) Each format has unique benefits for communicating, mentoring, and connecting. The goal of this course is to provide consistency in the understanding of these principles and provide confidence in all leaders who want to bring this level of spiritual discipleship instruction into their environments. It is strongly recommended that 4 men (minimum 3) from a single environment (church, group, organization) participate together to have an experienced leader in each alloy group and one overarching leader who is free to check in with each alloy group and member upon starting the disciple group. The subject matter for this exercise will consist of excerpts from the book "Crushing the Serpent." Ideally, this book is taught in 3 parts over a period of 12 months (4 month per part).
